Fraxured cfed35a31a Make the 0.10.3 rebuild the main line 
Main's f2bd479 (Removed Audits Added Steam) was written on the pre-rebuild
base. Its Project Zomboid support and the September 27 security fixes were
ported onto 0.10.3 in the preceding commits; the rest of its tree is
superseded by the rebuild, so this merge keeps 0.10.3's tree and records
main's history.
